Long story short. It helps a lot.
But having a streamline process with:
Fine tuned Chat-GPT prompts
Content frameworks.
Is key. 🔑
That process is what you will receive today.
This test has helped my marketing company save A TON of time and headaches while still ranking up and to the right.
It will do the same for your short-term rental business.
Let's dive in.
First, the SEO basics
In short, SEO is putting language on your website that search engines read, then provide to people looking for you.
Most people ignore SEO because:
Writing is boring.
Coming up with ideas is hard.
Takes too much time.
All my data shows that few hosts are prioritizing SEO. But, non-Airbnb short-term rental specific searches continue to rise.
Which means…

Let's get back to the article.
Here's how rank higher on Google with 60% less work using AI SEO.
Step 1: Figure out what to write
The first step of any SEO process is to figure out what to write.
Here's how I run through my ideation process:
Step 1: I find keywords related to a property. (I.e. cabin in northern Wisconsin). I use this process to find keywords.
Step 2: I decide on content type based on the intent of each keyword.
For example, If I type in "cabins in northern Wisconsin" and blogs about Wisconsins best cabins pop up, I'm going to write a blog.
If I type "WI cabins," and direct booking websites pop up, I'm going to create a landing page.
Landing page and blog are your two formats. One format to sell something (landing page), one format to provide information (blog).
Step 3: I create a list of keywords by intent that I plan to target for the next 90 days. Here's what my list would look like:
Step 2: Organize your AI machine
Now that the ideation is done, the easy work begins.
Before we run the prompts and create content in 60% less time, we need to create a brand kit. This brand kit will "warm up the AI to your brand" before it writes anything.
AI brand kits make sure your content doesn't look like it was written by some Siri + sleepy-college-professor-robot.
This is a crucial step most marketers miss. They think it's silly. I think their robot content is silly.
Here's how to create your brand kit:
Copy all the content from your website THAT YOU WROTE and paste it into a Google Doc. Don't worry about formatting, just label the content section "Website {pageType}."
Once all the website content is in the doc, do the same with Instagram captions, Twitter threads or any other social media written content.
Finally you want to add 2-3 paragraphs about your property. Hand written (typed) in your words.
You're total brand kit should be 10-15+ pages. However, the more the merrier.
Step 3: Run the prompt
Use this prompt in ChatGPT to write ranking content with 60% less work.
hey chat, I'm looking to create a landing page for my {ShortTermRentalDescription} targeting the keyword "{Keyword}”
Here is your job:
1. Please use the content from my attached PDF brand kit to form your output using my voice, style, flow and writing style in the attached PDF.
2. Once you understand the writing style of my company using the content I give you, please form a new landing page using the template titled “page template” as a guide to write your landing page.
Page template:
“Landing Page Structure:

Describe the stay and include the primary keyword here.
Your headline should be clear, compelling, and concise.
It should communicate the main benefit or value of your services.
It's often the first thing visitors read, so make it count.
Subheading
Describe the promise/result.
A subheadline can provide additional information that supports the headline.
It should further explain the service or offer and push the reader to continue reading.
Call to action
Tell your visitors what you want them to do next.
This is typically “book now” or contacting your team.
Make sure your CTA is clear, concise, and compelling.
Social Proof
Reviews and ratings if any. Or can be skipped since the website is new.
The Problem
Describe the state that they are in
What are the three core challenges that your audience is facing with respect to your solution?
The Solution
Describe what they have tried before but hasn't worked
Explain what they ACTUALLY need to solve their problem
Introduce your solution
Features and Benefits
- List out the features in bullet points by elaborating on the benefit for each feature.
- Focus more on the benefits than just the features. How will your services help your clients?
- Break down complex terms and benefits into easy-to-understand bullet points. This can make it easier for your audience to quickly understand the value of your services.
Reviews
These could be testimonials from happy guests, ratings and reviews, case studies, or the number of guests that stayed. They help to build credibility and reassure potential guests.
Who is this for?
Call out each of your target audience segment
(Optional) describe the use case for each audience segment
About Company
Explain briefly about the company in 1 or 2 short paragraphs

Information you need to fill out:
1. First paragraph: hey chat, I'm looking to create a landing page for my {ShortTermRentalDescription} targeting the keyword "{Keyword}”
