I'm reading these for the second time.
There are a lot of books out there on marketing. I have read most of them.
Unfortunately, most of them were a waste of time. They could have easily been blog posts, or even newsletter emails.
But, there are 3 books I am reading for the second time that I'd feel terrible keeping to myself.
These 3 word sandwiches have helped me:

Book #1: Building a Storybrand, Donald Miller
Building a Storybrand is about messaging.
This book will help you communicate the benefits of your short term rental and guide your ideal guest to a comfortable transaction.

If your guests don't understand why your property is the perfect choice for them, they won't try to learn more. They'll leave. This book helps you forever avoid confusing your ideal guest.

This is a start from scratch step by step guide. You could quite literally read a chapter, implement the lessons and continue.
Russell explains the purpose of social media, email marketing and even your website. So rather than treating each channel as a separate entity, you'll see how they work together.
You learn how to build a social media audience that produces never ending bookings. From someone who has 1.3M followers.
This book will help you master digital marketing. Plain and simple.
Book #3: $100M Leads, Alex Hormozi
I believe Alex Hormozi is the greatest business writer of the century.
Why?
He has figured out how to say the most in the least amount of words.
Then drives his main points home with info-graphics. Just to make sure you "get it."
I love pictures.
Here's why this book is important to mastering marketing:
You learn how marketing makes you money. This is nice peace of mind.
Alex gives away the best Facebook ads strategy. Agencies charge $1000s for this. Learn it.
You learn how to find the two most important marketing metrics. Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
This book is more of a "pick your own story." Alex shows you multiples paths you COULD take, but you have to pick the one to follow.
Similar to The Oregon Trail game.
